Information to Customers and Suppliers in accordance with Art.13 of Law Decree 196/2003.

cimme srl, being entitled to process your data, informs that, in accordance with the Decree Law 30/06/2003 n.196, the data in our possession will be processed for the purposes foreseen in execution of current contractual relationships and to fulfil the relevant legal obligations, including fiscal and accounting liabilities. According to our internal procedures, the data of the "parties concerned" are processed by the employees (formally appointed) who work in the relevant sales, purchasing, administration departments, etc...

The data shall be collected in paper and/or computer files and shall be processed as strictly required in order to fulfil the obligations under current, future or terminated contracts. Your data shall not be given out but might be transmitted to those who will take part in the execution of the contract. The party concerned will be acknowledged the rights under Art.7.

In accordance with Art.24 of the Decree Law 196/2003, clause b), approval is not required when: "it is necessary to fulfil the obligations under a contract in which the party concerned is involved or to comply with specific requests of the party concerned before termination of the contract;"
