three-phase asynchrone with wound rotor

The model AD3 is an asynchronous three-phase motor with a wound rotor, completely closed. The casings are made of steel (dimensions from 225 to 280) and cast iron (from 315 to 355). Shields with cast iron terminal boxes and condensate drain holes for the whole range of motors.

The standard protection degree is IP55 (IEC 34-5, DIN 40050), IP56 on request.

These motors are designed to work in a max. ambient temperature of 40° at a max. altitude of 1,000 m above sea level. Should these motors work at higher temperatures and/or altitudes, they would need to be derated.
